DoggoBoop specializes in custom, made-to-order pet memorial gifts and keepsakes. Each item is lovingly handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
2. Order Process
- Custom Orders: Once an order is placed, we will send a digital design proof (usually within 48 hours) for your review and approval. Your timely feedback is appreciated to avoid production delays.
- Revisions: One round of minor revisions is included. Additional edits or major changes may be subject to a design fee.
- Photos: Please provide clear, high-resolution images. We rely on the quality of your photos to ensure the best design result.
- Production: After design approval, your item will move into production. No changes can be made once production begins.
3. Shipping
- We ship using trusted carriers and provide tracking once your order is dispatched.
- Shipping times vary based on location and season. DoggoBoop is not responsible for carrier delays or customs issues.
- Please double-check your shipping information before checkout. We cannot change your address once the item has shipped.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Personalized Items: Due to their custom nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged.
- Damage Claims: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
- Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing your custom design and cannot issue refunds.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, product photography, and written content on this website are the property of DoggoBoop. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the necessary personal information to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We never share your information with third parties.
